|
- The management of IORS 2012 reserves the right to make changes or re-alignment of exhibition stands.
- The organizers reserve the right to mend the rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.
- If an Exhibition Stand is cancelled a refund of 50% will be allowed only upto July
14, 2012.
- Special slots will be reserved for visit to the Exhibition for delegates.
- Exhibition Stand booking will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment. All Exhibitors will have lunch and dinner along with Conference delegates.
- Exhibitors can invite their business guests. Please submit the list of your invitees to the organizers in advance for entry badges.
- For every 6 sq. mtrs. the Exhibitor is entitled to one person to man the stand. Maximum complimentary persons are 3 on or more than 18 sq. mtrs. The cost of the stand includes two lunches and first days musical entertainment with cocktails & dinner. Any additional person on the stand (max. one) will pay 50% delegate fee i.e. Rs.
6000/- For the next additional person the fee at the stall will be Rs.
10,000/-.
- Organizers’ reserve the right of admission.
- For every 9 sq. mtrs. space you get half page B/W advertisement complimentary. You may upgrade it to a full page or a colour by paying the balance amount of Rs. 46,000/- for full colour and for B/W full page Rs. 17,000/- (non negotiable).

Minimum stand is 3x2 mtrs, 4x2 mtrs, 3x3 mtrs, 4X3 mtrs, etc. (Length X Breadth)
Furniture & Fittings (Each Stand): 2 chairs, 1 table, 1 waste Paper Basket, 3 sport Lights, 1.5/15Amp Socket, Synthetic Carpet, Fascia Writing.
Indian exhibitors will pay Rs.
18,000 per meter and foreign exhibitors will pay US$
420 per meter for stall. Minimum space available is 6 mtrs. Rental also includes badges, passes for exhibitor staff (1) manning the stall during the exhibition,
free Luncheons and Musical Entertainment with
Cocktails & Dinner.
Cheques to be issued in favour of
