IORS 2012 is an Indian Trade Promotion Organisation Approved

Products covered are Investments, Technology, Equipments, Infrastructure, Pump Users and Service in Upstream, Downstream & Petrochemicals .

Countries included are China, Turkey, Korea, Taiwan, Spain, France, Singapore, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Germany, Italy, USA, Japan, Thailand, UAE, Austria, Pakistan, Switzerland and Hong Kong .

The facility of duty free temporary import will be available only to foreign exhibitors/participants, who have confirmed their participation in the above exhibition by remitting participation fee in foreign exchange.
 
Introduction
Like the past 18 years Oil Asia with the technical support of noted oil sector experts from national and multinational oil companies is organising IORS-2012 International Exhibition along with India Oil & Gas Review Summit. The IORS-2012 International Exhibition brings in the Decision makers, Technologists, Buyers, Innovators, Scientists, Professionals, Senior Executives and Service Providers on a common platform to disseminate technology before over 700 delegates, invitees, guests, participants, visitors and the numerous exhibitors. The participants from over 15 countries are expected to project and display the skills and capabilities in services and technology.

Payment of Rental
Indian exhibitors will pay Rs. 18,000 per sq. meter and foreign exhibitors will pay US$ 420 per sq. meter + 10.3% taxes for the stand. Minimum space available is 6 sq. meters. Rental also includes badges, passes for exhibitor staff (1) manning the stand during the exhibition, Free entry in IORS-2012 Luncheons and Dinner. The prospective exhibitor should apply on the prescribed form in this brochure, together with payment. Allotment will be on first-come-first-served basis subject to receipt of all advance payments. All payments should be by cheque/bank draft payable to Oil Asia Publications Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.

Organisers reserve the right to reallocate space, change the layout, add or delete corridors as shown in the printed space plan which may affect the orientation of some exhibitors. The organisers' decision will be final in such matters. Allotments will not be confirmed without payment. Tentative bookings will automatically stand cancelled after 15 days if payment is not received.

Layout
Pre-fabricated stands of 6 sq. mtrs, 8 sq. mtrs, 9 sq. mtrs etc. With numbers and exact design are given in this brochure. The stand numbers will be allotted on first come first served basis or please specifically mention which stand is preferred. You may join any number of stand (lengthwise) without affecting the depth.
Note: Overseas Exhibitors will have to contact their own Agents for getting their exhibits cleared from customs. Oil Asia will be pleased to issue a Certificate of participation.
